Lee Child

Lee Child (born 1954) is a British thriller writer currently living in New York City. His first novel, Killing Floor, won the Anthony Award for Best First Novel, while his second book, Die Trying, won the W H Smith Thumping Good Read Award. Subsequent books have been nominated for a variety of accolades and awards. Each of Child's novels follows the adventures of an American former Military Policeman named Jack Reacher who is wandering the United States.
